Facility conversions to a computerized donor information system are a key business strategy and goal for BioLife. The team reached its 10-facility conversion goal for 2004 by November, and exceeded it by year-end.

The conversion to this computerized system has been well-organized and the team has managed to implement the new system while minimizing daily facility operations, helping keep donor flow smooth and customer service levels up.
