This Consumer Health Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to information defined as "Consumer Health Data" as defined under Washington State's My Health My Data Act and Nevada's My Health My Data Act (collectively, "MHMDA"). This Notice is intended to supplement the BioLife Privacy Notice.
