Username Update Required

At BioLife, keeping your information safe is a top priority. With our new upgrade, we’re making our systems more secure. We will no longer allow donors to use their Facebook or Google accounts to log into their donor profile. We now require all donor accounts to use a valid email address as their username and will guide you through the process to transition your account.

If you have been using your Facebook account to log in, please enter the email address associated with your Facebook account below. This will be your new username.

If you have been using your Google account to log in, please enter your Gmail address below. This will be your new username.
